My journey in the beauty industry began with a heartfelt motivation to build a future that allowed me to be present for my son. As a young mother, I initially pursued a career as an esthetician but soon realized my passion extended further. I went back to school to obtain my cosmetology license, driven by a desire to master all aspects of haircare. Thirteen years ago, I moved back to California and immersed myself in the salon world, where I developed my skills and built a devoted clientele. Specializing in blonding, color, and cuts, I have dedicated myself to perfecting these techniques and delivering stunning results. My commitment to the craft and my clients' satisfaction have been the cornerstones of my career. The pandemic was a challenging period, but it also fueled my ambition to achieve a long-held dream: owning my own salon. Today, I am thrilled to have the Acacia Salon. A salon that embodies my vision and dedication. My personal journey and professional expertise blend seamlessly to offer an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
BAILEY
CO-FOUNER
Bailey is a 28-year-old hairstylist and salon owner with 8 years of experience in the industry. At 25, she opened her salon with her co-owner, Erica. Specializing in blonding and natural-looking styles, Bailey draws inspiration from the beach and tropical destinations she has explored around the world. Her silver lab is her world, and together they enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time by the ocean. Traveling to other countries and immersing herself in diverse cultures is a significant part of her life. As the eldest of three sisters, Bailey is incredibly close to her siblings, who are her best friends, and she is a proud aunt to a niece and nephew. Bailey’s passion for doing hair extends beyond creativity; it’s about the deep, family-like relationships she builds with her clients.

I started out my career in the hair industry in Laguna Beach, California before making the move down to San Diego and joining the Acacia Salon family. Since then along with building my clientele, I have spent some time working with a celebrity stylist in Los Angeles assisting with styling and helping on set. Some of my specialties include lived in blondes, cuts, stying, along with event styling as well.
I fell in love with the beauty industry at a young age when I started as a receptionist at a hair salon in my home town. I have always loved the idea of being in an industry that allows you to create a relationship with your clients being able to connect on a personal level. Being able to make people feel beautiful.

Hi! I’m Coral. I’m an experienced stylist with over 7 years in the industry. I specialize in everything color- from lived in dimensional to bright blondes. Outside of work I love spending my time at the beach, socializing with friends, reading a good book or snuggling with my mastiff. If you have interest in revamping your style I’d love to see you in my chair!

Ashley has been a dedicated professional in the hair industry for over a decade. Early in her education, she discovered her passion for color and hair extensions, leading her to specialize in these areas. Always staying at the forefront of evolving extension methods and techniques, as well as current beauty trends, Ashley is committed to continuous learning and improvement. Her main goal is to make her clients feel confident and beautiful by creating looks that maintain the integrity and overall health of their hair. Certified by both Hairtalk and Hotheads, Ashley prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to listen to the diverse needs of her clients. Whether it's achieving the perfect shade or seamlessly blending extensions for a natural look, she tailors her approach to ensure each client leaves her chair feeling their best. Outside of the salon, Ashley loves spending her time at the beach or taking long walks along the bay with her dog, Roux. She also enjoys traveling to new cities! And trying out the newest restaurants in town.

Hi! I’m Valerie
With over 13 years of experience as a hairstylist in Orange County, I’m thrilled to bring my skills to beautiful San Diego! I specialize in blondes, lived-in looks like balayage, and enhancing hair volume with sew-in weft extensions. My goal is to help every woman feel beautiful and confident.
Living in Mission Beach has been a dream come true. When I’m not at the salon, you’ll find me enjoying live music, cruising the boardwalk on bike rides with my boyfriend and our adorable 3-year-old pug, Mojo, or exploring San Diego’s incredible restaurants and bars.
